Field of Women: Uniting people as one through the formation of LUCY

What happens now...

 

Those that have registered will recieve an information brochure, which will include a security band.  This band will not only gain you entrance into the Liverpool Cricket Club but also informs you which part of LUCY you will be standing.  It is important you wear this band on arrival at the ground. 

 Times

 

11:00am - Gates Open

1:45pm - Gates close and everyone needs to be in the ground

 2:15pm - Lucy Shape Commences

 5:00pm - Event Closes

 If you are currently receiving cancer treatment it is important to us and you that you do not attend the event if you are feeling unwell on the day.  As much as this event is aimed at supporting people dealing with breast cancer we do not want your health to be adversely affected.

The following buses run regular trips past the Liverpool Cricket Club

82/82E Liverpool City Centre -Garston/Speke

82 A Liverpool City Centre -Halton Hospital

82 B Liverpool City Centre - Widnes

 Train Routes

 

The closest train station is Aigburth - just 500 metres from the entrance to the LIveprool Cricket  Club.  Trains run regulary along the Southport - Liverpool -Hunts Cross Line (Liverpool City Centre stations are Moorfields and Liverpool Central.)

Car Parking

 

Car Parking facilities are available.  There is a one way system being introduced and drivers can access car parking along Beechwood Road.  In your pack you will have a LUCY cut out to display in your window.   Or Down load the permit here. 

 However, it is recommendd that you use public transport wherever possible.  Aigburth Station is only a few hundred yeards along a path from the entrance of Liverpool Cricket Club and leaving the site will prove much easier on public transport.
